Client context

Who is Goose Media Group?

Goose Media Group is a media company / media agency — the kind of business Goliath was built to serve. They have real creative capability and a service offer, but needed a more predictable way to generate qualified sales conversations, not just more traffic.

  • What they sell: Media-related services and solutions for brands and operators in their market.
  • Who they serve: Buyers who need media production, strategy, or agency-level support — typically at a level where a sales call makes sense.
  • Why booked calls matter: Their revenue depends on conversations with fit buyers, not one-off form fills.
  • Why performance fit: A team tied to qualified opportunities aligned with how they actually grow — relationship, process, and follow-up.

The opportunity

Strong offer. Inconsistent pipeline.

This is a common situation for media companies — not a failure on Goose Media's part.

  • Real offer, creative skill, and credible service — but referrals and sporadic inbound were not enough for predictable growth.
  • Need for more qualified sales conversations, not random lead volume.
  • Opportunity: partner with a team that turns targeted attention into booked, qualified opportunities the sales team can work.

Referrals alone

Unpredictable. Hard to scale or forecast.

Qualified conversations

What they needed — fit buyers on the calendar.

Booked-call team

Ads → qualify → book → follow up → optimize.

What Mike said, word for word.

We're Goose Media Group, and we run a creative agency in New Jersey. We hired Goliath Marketing to help us run our ads, and they absolutely crushed it.

They got us over 100 leads within just a couple of weeks, which was absolutely insane. It was honestly a shock to us because I didn't think we would see results that fast. Then we started closing them, and we made over $3,000 in just the first few weeks, so it more than paid for itself.

We highly recommend Goliath Marketing to anyone who is looking for help with paid ads or is on the fence about using a media company for advertising.

David was super cool. He is a younger guy, but that does not mean he lacks experience. He was actually very knowledgeable in everything he showed us.

One of the key pieces of feedback we were getting from the leads coming in was that people would say, "I just said the word podcast, and then your ad started popping up." I do not know what kind of magic David did behind the scenes, but it felt like once someone searched for or talked about podcasts, all of a sudden they would start seeing our ads.

That was super awesome because it was instantaneous. They were looking for a podcast, and then the next time they went on Instagram, they were seeing a podcast ad. It was still fresh in their mind, which made it easier to close them.

The other major benefit was that these were our ideal clients. The targeting was not just based on region, gender, or age. It was reaching people who were actively looking for the service. That made it much easier to have conversations with these leads because they all felt super qualified.

That is extremely important when running ads. People can promise you a million leads, but how many of them are actually qualified? How many are actually going to want to close? In our case, every single one of them felt super qualified, and it was not hard having sales conversations with them.

I also really liked having the feedback from testing different types of ads and different copy. That allowed us to continuously see how we could reach better leads. Having David's support with that was very helpful.

We are really good at creating the creatives and the videos, but placing them where they need to be so the right eyes can see them is where we really relied on David to help us.

A big part of our business model originally was going B2B and helping other businesses that already had a marketing agency and sales team. We would come in as the creative team, which was a great relationship between everyone.

But once we wanted to go directly to consumers and start promoting our podcast setup, which is more for a starter, individual, or business owner who may not have a marketing team or sales team, we did not know how to market ourselves through paid ads to reach those types of people.

David was super helpful in making that happen.

I actually tried running ads myself based on what I learned on YouTube, and I probably got four leads. They were all completely unqualified. Some had blank profile photos, and some were from places that had nothing to do with our market. A few people were even speaking a different language when they responded.

I was wondering why they clicked on my ad in the first place. There was such a disconnect between my offer and the people it was attracting, and it was obvious that I did not know what I was doing.

But as soon as David came on board, everything became simple. Working with him was easy, and he understood the type of demographic we were looking for and the ideal client we wanted. He was able to connect us seamlessly.

I would definitely recommend David to other business owners and anyone interested in promoting their services online. He makes the process very easy, and it is a way to make sure you are not just spending money and getting nothing in return.

There is definitely going to be a return because the number of leads and the quality of the leads you are getting is worthwhile.

Honestly, I kind of do not want to refer Goliath Marketing to all my friends because I want to keep them to myself, but I am not selfish. I have already referred David to a bunch of my clients and friends because his offer is truly hard to match by any other agency, and the quality of his work is unparalleled.

What it means

Opportunity first. Revenue with strong follow-up.

Real qualified opportunities

The campaign generated conversations worth taking seriously — roughly fifteen qualified leads in one month, based on campaign review.

Meaningful monthly revenue potential

With approximately two closed clients at an estimated $2,500–$3,000/month each, the result points to real recurring value — not vanity metrics.

Follow-up completes the picture

The result also showed the importance of sales follow-up after qualified opportunities are generated. Goliath builds the pipeline; the client's team turns conversations into closed business.

Results are based on campaign review and client feedback. Individual results depend on offer quality, sales process, ad spend, follow-up, and market fit.

Key takeaways

What this result suggests.

Booked-call teams fit media companies

When the offer is clear and the team can take calls, a focused funnel can turn attention into qualified conversations.

Qualified beats volume

Roughly fifteen qualified opportunities created a clearer path to revenue than a pile of unscreened leads would have.

Follow-up is part of the result

The campaign also showed how important sales follow-up is after qualified opportunities are generated.

Qualification criteria matter

Clear fit rules improved who reached the calendar and who was worth the sales team's time.

Best results are a partnership

Goliath's team builds and optimizes the work; the client brings offer clarity, ad spend, and serious follow-through on calls.

Good fit

Could this work for your media company?

If you have a clear offer, can handle sales calls, and are willing to invest in paid ads, this model may be worth exploring — on a call, not from a generic pitch deck.

  • Media company or media agency with a clear offer
  • Ability to take inbound sales calls consistently
  • Willingness to invest in paid ads at meaningful volume
  • Sales follow-up process — or readiness to build one
  • Open to weekly feedback on lead quality and creative
  • Realistic expectations — results vary by market and offer

The call is to see if there is a real fit — not to pressure you into a contract.

Client result FAQ

Honest answers about this result.

No. This page describes one early client result for Goose Media Group, based on campaign review and client feedback. Your results will depend on your offer, sales process, ad spend, follow-up speed, market, and fit with the model. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads or closed deals.

They are a media-focused business with a clear offer, the ability to take sales calls, and willingness to invest in paid ads. They could give feedback on lead quality and work with us on qualification criteria — which matters for a dedicated booked-call team.

For this campaign, a qualified lead met the criteria we agreed on together — typically including fit with their offer, budget or business size signals, and intent to have a real sales conversation. Not every form fill or click counts; qualification rules are set before launch.

A lot. Goliath's role is to generate qualified opportunities through ads, creative, and the booking funnel. Closing deals still depends on how quickly and seriously the client follows up, takes calls, and runs their sales process. This case study reflects that honestly.

It may — if your offer is clear, you can handle sales calls, and you are ready to invest in ads and feedback. We use Goose Media as one proof point, not a promise that every media company will see the same numbers.

A clear offer, target customer definition, someone who closes on calls, brand assets for creative, ad account access, calendar access, and agreed qualification criteria. We walk through readiness on a strategy call before any launch.

On a strategy call we review what you sell, who buys, price level, and whether paid ads can realistically reach qualified buyers. If the offer is not ready or the sales motion is not there yet, we will say so directly.
